Chill invites you to pause for a while with a little bit of mindfulness, out now on iOS and Android

As part of their work on the eGamesLab, Infinity Games announced the global launch of *Chill*, an app designed to reduce stress and anxiety, this Thursday.

The app offers relaxing sights and sounds and includes several mini-games with calming activities and personalized meditations. *Chill* uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and features a chat with a virtual “therapist,” along with breathing and concentration exercises, making the app a “pocket sanctuary.”

Infinity Games is developing *Chill* in collaboration with PhD students through the eGames Lab consortium, aiming to explore the app’s potential to reduce stress and improve mental well-being across different populations.

Robson Siebel, Design Director at Infinity Games, explains, “Our goal was to create an app that truly addresses the need for relaxation in modern life. We wanted to go beyond typical stress relief tools by offering a personalized experience with features that adapt to each user’s mood, routines, and relaxation preferences.”

“By combining proven techniques with engaging interactivity, we are offering users a daily escape that feels natural, calming, and truly impactful,” adds Siebel.

André Miraldo, Marketing Director at Infinity Games, comments, “We expect the app to be a success because it is not limited to one type of activity. Instead, it offers a wide range of audiovisual sensations, teachings, and recommendations to help make daily life lighter and less stressful.
