🎮 ANIMATOR – Join One Way Eleven

One Way Eleven is seeking a talented and passionate Animator to join our growing team and help us craft high-quality games for PC and consoles using Unreal Engine 5. Whether you’re working remotely or on-site in the beautiful Madeira Islands, you’ll be part of a creative, collaborative, and ambitious environment.

✅ Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation principles and human/creature body mechanics.
• Proven experience with **Unreal Engine 5**, particularly control rig systems.
• Demonstrated passion for gameplay animation with an eye for detail.
• Ability to deliver animations that create memorable player experiences.
• 2+ years of professional experience in animation.
• A proactive mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in both spoken and written English.
• A demo reel showcasing your animation abilities (required).
• The position requires immediate availability.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Create engaging keyframe animations for characters, creatures, and props that align with the Creative Director’s vision.
• Clean, refine, and enhance motion capture data (using Rokoko mocap suits).
• Research, previsualize, and prototype animation concepts.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and contribute to creative iteration processes.
